Going random...

Truth be told, I've been off work for the last four days with family for a mini-vacation.  Everything was hard today going back to the normal schedule.  Now I realize that writing on the site is kind of dependant, if not intertwined, into my normal routine.  So now trying to get back to the grind, I'm having a hard time being very creative at the moment.  So I'll just go random and stay with the day's trend.



Today's Random Card:

Forgive the quality of the scan, first of all.  It's not really a scan - it's a photo.  I wasn't really invested into cards when I first had it.  It's an 07/08 Trademark Moves Magic Johnson Auto.  I no longer own this card, but it's really kind of one of the original cards that got my interest in collecting basketball going again.  I've told this story before, but when I got back into collecting, I started doing baseball.  But basketball was also real high on my list. 

I got this card from one of ARPlatinum's group breaks on youtube.  It was literally my first group break I'd ever done.  And my one team in the break was the Lakers.  Talk about luck.  So I ended up getting two Kobe relics and a Magic auto.  And it was also this Magic auto that got me into selling on ebay.  And once those things fell into place, I really started to get into the basketball side of things again.

I'm actually surprised that I still had this image on my CPU.  Oh well.  See?  Random.
