Well, today is my new Saturday. To be clear, that just means that my days off are now Wednesdays and Thursdays. I actually prefer to have midweek days off. So much more going on.
And right now I'm sitting down to watch UEFA League soccer - Barcelona vs. Arsenal. Seriously, if you're "soccer curious", and you haven't really seen a good game to make you want to watch soccer, tune into Fox Soccer and watch this game. It's pretty much as world-class as you're going to find on a lazy Wednesday morning.
And then later in the evening we have a full-card of basketball coming your way as well. And this includes the Blazers lying in wait to trounce the Knicks to try to secure something a bit better than an 8th seed in the West.
And somewhere in between all of that, I'll have to hook up the FIFA '10 and dominate the global competition with my Everton team on online play.
Really, a day off just doesn't get much better than this. And I've got my munchkins at my side - my personal little cheerleaders. Hopefully some of my card purchases roll in today as well so I'll have some more pieces to the Murad puzzle to post later on.
