Saer Sene may not be the end of the story....

A long while back, Topps mailed me a letter and a card of Saer Sene.  The letter said sorry you pulled a card we didn't make, here's cardboard poop instead.  And so began the saga of the Sene Sin, a card like the Bip, but only much worse.  I wonder whose day the Sene Sin has ruined lately.

I didn't save the letter that Topps sent with the card.  But basically it was for a Murad auto that didn't get produced of Robin Lopez.  I thought it was the end of the story - until I got this email last week.

Forgive the blue ink, but this email wasn't sent to my public account.  In any event, Topps still think it owes me a card.  And I would tend to agree with them.  Although I'm certain they sent the Sene card to "replace" this card, somebody must've had second thoughts about what constitutes a substitution.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?  Either way, I'm at least excited that there is a possibility that I'll get a true replacement card for all of this.
