Here's George Gervin. It took this card a long time to get here. I bought it off of Sportlots - and their sellers have taken a while longer than most in my last few purchases. Not sure what's up with that.
This card marks number 29 of 50 relics from the set. Slowly but surely, I'm knocking them off. To date, the largest lot of Murad relics I've seen listed in a group lot on ebay has been 14. So I'm definetely doing ok with the collection.
I'm not a huge fan of the pose that they have Mr. Gervin in here. He looks a wee bit effeminate. Not my favorite card of the group by any means. And it's all due to the pose. What are you going to do? It is what it is. Short shorts and limp wrist and all - sorry George. The worst part is that it's a painted rendition. So they made it that way on purpose. Tough break.

Solid, the "Ice Man". I have yet to see one of these cards in hand. What's the deal with them? Are the two separate cards/pieces of paper or are they attatched???
It's a mini card that's enclosed inside of a plastic card. So it's two different pieces set together. A bit like Allen and Ginter.
The autos are great because they can never smudge being protected as they are.
That's pretty cool. I alway wondered, if I open a pack will the cards just fall apart. That would be pretty dumb, I guess I need to get it together over here.
Nice card G.
