I'm still so bummed out that it hurts. Seriously. I'm kinda getting that "almost teary eyed, throat hurts" feeling right now with the US out of the Cup. Sort of like when I watched the Time Travelers Wife - didn't make me cry, but probably would've if the kids weren't around - yeah, that kind of feeling.
So the World Cup for me is over as an American fan. But there is still good soccer left in the Cup. I'm still looking forward to it.
But what's just as good as the World Cup? English Premier League. And if you've become a fan of Tim Howard, you can see him again in 48 days between the goalposts playing at Everton. Seriously, the start of the EPL is just as exciting as the start of the NBA season. If you get it, you just get it.
What's that? You don't have a favorite team in the EPL? Don't know much about it? Just know that Tim Howard is the man - and he plays for a club (the best club) called Everton. If you need more convincing, watch this.

Well I didn't have a favorite in the EPL last season, but now I do again. Go Magpies!
