C'mon Shymalmalman

I actually was going to look up how to spell M. Knight "sham" - a - long's name.  But now I'm too dissapointed to care about his proper name spelling.

My daughters and I are HUGE fans of Avatar: The Last Airbender cartoon series.  I've actually come to love it as my favorite animated show of all time.  I've bumped it up above Dragon Ball Z.  Seriously.  It's so good.

But like all things based on great books or great TV shows - all of the details got changed for the big screen.  And it just made it a sub-par flick.  The show was great because of the little details, and seeing them all changed made the entire story different.  Oh well.  At least we have the original series to watch.

And if you're looking for a great show to get into - watch the cartoon Avatar: The Last Airbender.  And then wait for the movie to come out on video to save yourself the double whammy of having to see a poor version of a story - and having to pay an arm and a leg to do so.
