Now down to 2 boxes of Chrome Football...

Now before you all go on judging me, hear me out.  I'm a strong willed man - but my will for a few extra purchases outweighed my need to keep the third box.

The third box has been sold locally so that I could fund a few purchases that I can't wait to show off here in the near future.  I don't want to know what was in that box.  I'm better off not knowing.

But for the price of a few things that I need, I had to make a choice.

And then there were two....

BUT, trust me when I tell you that I am very excited for one of the cards that is coming in.  Hopefully it will be here tonight when the mail comes and I'll be able to show it off over the weekend.

Man, I have to say, I only took these boxes out to take a quick picture to be funny.

But it is so HARD not to rip up all that plastic and bust into some Chrome.  I need a drink, I think.

if the whiskey glass is half full, you flipped one box for great cards to fill out your PC and invested in something that you have a vested interest in...and that's all right.

if the whiskey glass if half empty...let's not go down that road...just add more to the glass.

I like that line of thinking. No, I'm curious about what I let go - but I'm really thrilled about what I picked up.

And I did pick up a 10 year old single malt on the way home from work tonight - so that analogy is really fitting. Nothing too fancy, but decent enough to sip while watching sports.
